Mgr Łukasz Cywiński

Research assistant at the Department of Entrepreneurship.

He is a research assistant at the Department of Economics and Finance, with a Master of Economics from the University of Information Technology and Management in Rzeszów (2009) and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Central Lancashire in Preston (2008). He is also a PhD candidate at The University of Gdansk, where his thesis focuses on „External effects of Foreign Direct Investments. The role of state policy in attracting foreign investments that generate them.” The main goal of his thesis is to expand and deepen the understanding of the impact of Foreign Direct Investments on the host country’s economy.

In addition, he has taught microeconomics, macroeconomics, international finance, international markets, and international business at the University of Information Technology and Management since 2013 and has taught strategic management and international marketing at Tischner European University since 2018.

He is also an enthusiast of the R statistical language.
