Global Management and Strategy is a future-focused educational path that prepares you to lead organizations in an increasingly interconnected and dynamic business environment. Throughout your studies, you will explore international management, strategic decision-making, organizational development, and sustainable business practices. Here you will learn about the EU regulations on sustainable development in business, you will also learn what a sustainable supply chain is and what are the links between AI and sustainability in international business.
The subject discusses the problems of multicultural environment, models of cultural classification, language and its influence on communication.
You will learn about ethics as part of organizational culture, learn about cultural differences in the international business environment. Human rights topics are also discussed, including gender equality and ethics in international relations.
You will learn about marketing strategies, business models, and how they relate to maximizing profits or motivating the consumer.
