Aviation Management at UITM is a practice-oriented educational path that combines business, management, and aviation industry expertise. Students will acquire knowledge about the determinants of marketing strategy as a philosophy of business operation in the air transport market.
Students will also be able to formulate strategies for air transport operators in various areas and at various organizational levels.
Students will be able to explain the legal principles governing the functioning of the ground handling services market in Europe and apply legal standards and regulations in the area of ground handling management at airports.
Students have knowledge of the infrastructure and operations of the public area of an airport and its services.
Students are familiar with the basic regulations governing the functioning of security systems in aviation organizations.
Students are able to explain the principles and consequences of implementing sustainable aviation standards in airlines and airports.
Students are able to analyze economic phenomena affecting airline network management and assess the rationality of decisions made.
Students will be able to discuss how the Flight Control System works and the legal regulations behind it.
Students will gain knowledge about aircraft incidents, notifications, investigations, reports, as well as the key role of the human factor and communication in crisis management.

Experience in passenger and cargo handling, handling, load planning and airport slot coordination. She teaches classes in air cargo management.
Versatile specialist in international aviation with many years of experience in commercial flight operations, especially in the area of ground handling and airport operational management. IATA expert and trainer in aircraft de-icing. He has worked for companies such as: Emirates, Flybe, Chapman Freeborn. Associated with Lublin Airport for almost 12 years. Currently in the capacity of Operations Department Manager. He teaches classes in Ground Handling and Aviation Marketing.
Long-time employee of UITM. Conducted more than 4000 teaching hours in English in the area of aviation management and IATA training. Currently owner of Training and Consulting Center. He teaches classes in Airline Network Management.
