You are officially a student at the University of Information Technology and Management. You are about to embark on an exciting new chapter filled with knowledge, lifelong friendships, and unforgettable experiences. To ensure you hit the ground running, we have put together a quick guide with everything you need to know before your first day of classes. Read on to find out how to log into the student portal, access your schedule, attend orientation, and cross off your essential administrative to-dos.
The Virtual University (Wirtualna Uczelnia) serves as your primary digital platform throughout your studies. This portal allows you to review your class schedule, track academic progress, manage financial obligations, and receive official institutional announcements. Many administrative procedures can be completed online via this platform, reducing the need for in-person visits to the Dean’s Office.
It is highly recommended that you log in prior to the start of the semester to familiarize yourself with the system.
The orientation meeting is a mandatory component of your integration into the university. During this session, you will receive detailed information regarding institutional operations, the academic calendar, and the formal regulations governing your studies at UITM. This meeting also provides an opportunity to address any administrative or academic questions.
Please note that all tuition payments must be transferred to your individual university bank account number by the 10th day of each month. Detailed information regarding fees and banking credentials is available on the university website and within the Virtual University portal.

The Dean’s Office is responsible for administrative support throughout your degree program. The office handles matters related to course organization, official documentation, examinations, payments, and graduation diplomas.
Quick Tip: Skip the lines! Remember that many administrative requests can be submitted online directly through the Virtual University portal.
